Feisty feature of the day #10 - Pins in Tomboy

I use Tomboy to make notes and reminders all the time. Tomboy has a useful feature where it shows you the last 10 or so notes when you click on the Tomboy panel applet, which means that you have easy access to your most recent notes.

But what if you want a note to be easily available on this list even though it's not been edited recently, such as your regular shopping list or some password reminder? The version of Tomboy in Ubuntu Feisty supports 'pinning' notes to the list, so that they are always available. All you have to do is press the pin icon next to the title of any note in the list and it won't move until you unpin it. Simple.

Pinning a note in Tomboy

Unfortunately, it means that I no longer have an excuse when I forget my library number :(
